Shipping to Canada

Our standard shipping is Canada Post, but we ship via Purolator as well.

IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR US CUSTOMERS

Please note that effective December 12, 2003, we will no longer ship to the United States until futher notice. This is due to the increased costs and complexity of shipping requirements of the Bioterrorism Act of 2002. We have tried our best to maintain shipments to the United States, but these shipping problems have made things increasingly difficult. We are sorry for any inconveniences and we thank your understanding.

International Orders

Due to the nature of our products, packages are sometimes rejected by the customs offices of some countries. If you are unsure about the legality of any particular product in your country, we encourage you to contact your customs office. Spicy Globe cannot assume liability for packages that are refused by customs. Also, many countries upon the package's arrival, require the payment of additional taxes and tarriffs. It is impossible for Spicy Globe to determine exactly what these taxes are. If you refuse to pay the taxes then Spicy Globe cannot credit your account for the product or the shipping. Often times if a package is refused by the customer, Spicy Globe will have to pay the balance of the package's shipping costs. Due to the expense of this, we will not credit the customer for the product or the shipping cost. If the package is returned to us free of charge, you will receive a full refund. However, sometimes items are destroyed or never returned to us.

Shipping Privacy

Don't worry about the postman knowing about your personal life. All Spicy Globe shipments are made discreetly, with only our company name and return address on the external packaging.
