200 g / 7.1 oz Ingredients: organic Canadian wild rice. Directions: Rinse rice well. Stir 1 cup of rice to 3 cups boiling water. Simmer, covered for 5 min. Remove from heat and let soak in same water, covered for one hour. Drain, then stir rice into 3 cups of fresh boiling water. Simmer covered for 25 to 30 min. until kernels puff open to reveal white interior. Drain out excess water and season. |
