Ingredients: organic kamut® flakes.

Kamut® is an ancient relative of durum wheat. It is higher in lipids and minerals than other types of wheat. Use in pancake or muffin mixes.

Directions: Stir in 1/3 cup kamut® flakes to 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Serve with milk, brown sugar, and fruits.
