400 g / 14.3 oz Ingredients: organic spelt flakes. Spelt is an ancient relative of wheat, containing protein, fats, fibre, vitamins, minerals and complex carbohydrates. Can be used in recipes. Directions: Stir in 1/3 cup spelt flakes to 1 cup water. Bring to boil and stir frequently for 5 minutes. Serve with milk, brown sugar, and cinnamon, and apples, or almonds. |
