400 g / 14.3 oz Ingredients: durum wheat semolina. Directions: Pour 250 mL of water in a large saucepan. Add 1 tbsp of oil and 2 tsp of salt and bring to boil. Remove from heat. Stir and pour in 250 g cous cous. Allow to swell for 2 min. Add 2 to 3 tsp of butter and serve. |
