400 g / 14.3 oz Ingredients: organic quinoa grain. Quinoa is a good source of quality protein, amino acids, fibre, complex carbohydrates, calcium, phosphorous, iron, and Vitamins B and E. Directions: Rinse quinoa thoroughly by running under fresh water for 3 min. Place 1 cup quinoa grain and 2 cups water in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Stir occasionally and cover. Simmer for 7 - 10 min. |
