400 g / 14.3 oz

Ingredients: precooked soft organic wheat kernels.

Directions: Pour enough boiling water over 1 cup bulgur to cover it. Let stand for about 20 min or until soft. Drain off any liquid.

1. Add to cold salads.

2. Add to bread dough before kneading.

3. Add to pancake and waffle batters.

4. Substitute bulgur for rice in pilafs.
